| You can chip the falled limbs and branches and use the end result for mulch material. The difference between shredded bark and chipped redwood is that the shredded bark is bark only, and it will have long fibers so it won't decompose as rapidly as chipped wood. Chipped wood will have a finer composition and will decompose more rapidly. Either product works fine as a mulch material. |
