I know there is a Little Rascal Holly (male).
My question is:
Is there a "female" of the Little Rascal Holly? I recently had 2 installed by a landscape company and they believe there is no female of the Little Rascal. The tags on the 2 plants note "male". It seems odd that this would be the case if there were no "female".

Will the Little Rascal Holly (male) have the flowers I have read about ?

Thank you for your input !

Little Rascal Holly is a male and was bred for hardiness, compact growth, and deep purple winter color. There is no female counterpart, but your male shrubs will produce pollen and can pollinate female hollies in the vicinity. The flowers on your shrubs(correctly called inflorescences) will be inconspicuous, but they will be there. Hope this helps clarify things for you.
