Lagerstroemia speciosa, the Giant Crape Myrtle, is native to Australia. It can grow to 80' high and 30' wide, with leaves 8"-12" long and 4" wide. It produces white to purplish white flowers in 16" long clusters. If you have the room, it's a spectacular flowering tree!
