In my experience, the most common reason for lack of blooms is lack of light. This plant likes lots of sun outside, so when grown as a houseplant it needs as much sun as you can possibly provide it year round. A south window with direct sun is not too bright for it.

Another possible reason is low fertility; use a complete water soluble fertilizer formulated for houseplants or formulated for indoor blooming plants, read and follow the label instructions.

Finally, it may need to be repotted if it has been in the same soil and same pot for a long time. Trim it back to stimulate new growth, repot into a slightly larger pot with fresh spolless potting mix for container plants, increase the light as much as you can and hope for the best.
