I have a small area which is in full sun and its space is approximately 8x8 and is a little slopey. I have different things planted in there now and am looking for another item to put in it. There are 3 indian hawthorn bushes along one edge. A small piney bush at the bottom corner. Then there is one purple nemesia then pink cobbity daisies along the bottom and 2 pink cobbity daisies and nother purple nemesia along the driveway edge. In the middle is a pinkish hybrid fuchsia bush (full sun required). I am looking for a perennial to put around the fuchsia that would need about the same amount of water as the others do. I was wanting to get white as it would stand out more. I had thought about vinca but realize it is seasonal and won't last year round. I am trying to avoid having to put plants in each spring as we just rent our place. What suggestion might you give me?

In addition to white flowering perennials, you might also consider groundcovers with variegated leaves such as Lamium (dead nettle) or low-growing plants with gray foliage such as Silver Mound Artemisia to help brighten the area. Suggestions for white flowering perennials to complement the existing plantings include Arabis, Iberis (candytuft), Anemone sylvestris 'Snow Drop', Fragaria chiloensis (Chiloe Strawberry), Zantedeschia (calla lily), Dodecatheon (shooting star), Campanula (bellflower), and Phlox carolina. Hope the above suggestions help you choose just the right plant for your garden!
