You say the Trees max growth is to 35 feet. Other websites have 40 to 50 feet. Which is correct? My associan will only allow trees to 35 feet.

How do you ensure you get a male tree vs a female tree?

Thank you!

Chinese Pistache has a slow to moderate growth rate to 30-60' tall and wide. Trees growing in landscapes tend to remain at the 30' level, and they can be trimmed if they grow out of bounds. If there is a male tree around, female trees will bear clusters of tiny fruits. Most grafted trees (such as Monrovia carries) are labeled as either males or females. Be sure to read the label carefully before choosing your tree if you plan on having more than one in your landscape. If you get only males you'll be able to avoid the fruits completely.
