I am in Zone 8, I have a 5ft.x 2 ft. flowerbed along my sidewalk to my front door. I have bushes that line along the house, and the flower bed is in front of that. I have no creativity, I would like to know what to plant that will give me a beautiful, have full of color, and easy to maintain. The flower garden is facing south, and it gets partial sun.

There are many great plants for such an area. I might consider New Gold lantana or one of the Patriot series of lantana or agapanthus. For annual color try wishbone flower (Torenia), wax begonia, coleus, pentas, nicotiana, dwarf zinnias or shrimp plant.
