The Weeping Cotoneaster tree is a contoneaster shrub (Cotoneaster Apiculata) grafted onto a Hawthorn rootstock at about 5'. Cotoneaster grows in full sunshine in well-draining soil. To keep your tree looking neat and trim, prune away anything that develops below the graft on the trunk. Hope this provides the information that's missing from your tree tag.
