Usually, annuals are the choice for an all season continuous floral display. These are planted each spring and bloom until fall. Your selection will depend on whether it is sunny or shady where you want to plant. For a sunny spot some popular annuals would include petunias, dwarf or French marigolds, compact varieties of red salvia, and bedding geraniums. For a shady spot you might like impatiens and fibrous rooted begonias. Your local nursery staff will be able to help you analyze the growing conditions where you want to plant and suggest plants as well. Enjoy your flowers!
