I have Euonymus Hedges that are 20 years old and they are gorgeous. I would like to plant some more on the other side of my walkway. The hedge I currently have has leaves that are green on the outside and yellow in the center. My local nurseries can't seem to identify my plant. They have some that are mostly yellow and mine is more green with a touch of yellow in the center of the leaf. Can you help me identify this plant and tell me where I can get some. Thank you, Joanne Emery |
The variety 'Aureo-Variegatus' grows 10' tall, 6' wide, and has green leaves with a brilliant central blotch. Perhaps this is the kind you're growing. I don't know which nurseries might carry this variety of Euonymus, but here's a list of garden centers near you: WATTERS GARDEN CENTER 1815 IRON SPRINGS ROAD PRESCOTT, AZ 86301 (928) 445-4159 MORTIMER'S NURSERY & LDSPG 3166 WILLOW CREEK ROAD PRESCOTT, AZ 86301 (928) 445-3675 VALLEY HOME CENTER 7211 FIRST ST.
