| Rosanna, I am sorry for this delayed reply to your gardening question. We are transitioning to a new Q&A system and your question was unfortunately lost in the transition. I have discovered it now and hope this reply is not too late to be of help. Your peaches probably have been attacked by the plum curculio, a small weevil that lays an egg in the fruit causing young fruit to abort and older fruit to end up with a worm inside. Your County Extension Office can suggest appropriate sprays for managing this pest. The pear tree just needs more time to ripen its fruit.
