|I put in 4 Verigated Weigela last year in front of my home and it is full of pink, white, and red blooms this year. Is there a certain way to prune them so they will grow taller? I have one plant that grew up from the center, but all the rest have grown out and up.

|They will naturally grow out and up and also send up new growth from the ground as they become established and better rooted. Pruning will not help them get taller faster. If the one plant seems out of balance with the others you can prune it by cutting those taller stems back. If you opt to do that, make your cuts low down in the center of the plant instead of trimming them at the current height of the plant.
