Can I cut my 3 burning bushes in half or can they be transplanted? They had a major growth spurt and they are blocking my windows. I am guessing they are about 10 years old.

To avoid sending your shrubs into shock, you shouldn't remove more than one-third of the live growth in any one pruning session. You can prune your burning bushes down by one-third now, but wait until new growth begins next spring before you prune them down again. Best wishes with your landscape!
