Is Trailing Lantana a perennial or a an annual? Will it grow well in my area? Thank you.

Trailing Lantana is a perennial in mild winter climates such as yours. If your area does experience a light frost, the tops of the plant will die down but new stems and foliage will emerge the following spring.
