Hi I recently bought two Wine and Roses Weigela.
After 1.5 weeks since they have been planted one of them is withering up as if it's not getting enough water (though it is moist, not soggy).
They are in full sun (south side) and the weather has been in the 70-80
range. Any tips on how to keep these alive after planting?

Some plants can look quite distressed after being transplanted and it may take 3-4 weeks for the roots to become established and the plants to perk up. While you're waiting for this, all you can do is water regularly and deeply. Hope your Weigela perks up soon!
