In its native Brazil, the Queen Palm can grow 50' tall and 20-25' wide. However, most Queen Palms will remain smaller in landscape settings. The ultimate size yours may reach will depend upon growing conditions - soil type, frequency of water application and, of course, whether or not you fertilize. If you space your palms closer than 25', the tops may touch when they're mature. If there's a real concern, you might consider growing Rhapis (Lady Palm; 5'-12' tall and wide), or Sabal palmetto (Cabbage Palm; 20' tall, 10' wide). Hope this information is helpful!
