I'm sorry the scotch pine isn't doing well. The National Gardening Association answers gardening questions for Monrovia, but we do not have access to their retailer information. They are wholesale only. You can go to Monrovia?s website and click on Locating Our Plants and then input your zipcode. It will provide you with a list of retailers in your area. Since Franks went out of business, I'd contact one of the others and see if they can intercede on your behalf. Without more detail, it's hard to recommend action, especially since the other trees are doing well. If they were all failing, it might be a problem with ineffective watering, for example. Is it possible the tree suffered frost damage? If you want to send another question with details on how the tree was planted and cared for, we can try to determine what's going on. Another possibility is to contact your County Cooperative Extension office for diagnosis. Look under County (Name) Cooperative Extension, or University of Minnesota Cooperative Extension in the phone book. Good luck!
