|I need to transplant a DWARF LILY OF THE NILE plant from a pot to the ground how do I go about doing it right, I live in Mill Creek, Washington.|
|Agapanthus prefers rich, well draining soils and need to be planted so the soil is just above the neck of the bulb. Generally 3-4 inches deep for the larger variety and about 2 inches for the dwarf varieties. Planting too deeply will keep the plants from flowering well. Water thoroughly after planting and your Agapanthus should reward you with healthy growth and lots of flowers.
