|Among the best blackberry varieties for Florida are 'Oklawaha' and Flordagrand', which are early fruiting trailing types. 'Brazos' is a later fruiting, semi-erect type. I have tried growing Raspberries in the Jacksonville area with very little luck. Raspberries require a colder climate than ours.
