| Golden Bamboo is a clump forming type, perfectly adaptable to growing in containers. I'd start with at least a 5-gallon container; a 10-gallon would provide even more room for growth. When the clump becomes over-crowded in 3-4 years, you can either divide and replant part of it, or move the entire clump up to a larger container. Exposure to full sunshine, adequate water, and occasional feeding will keep your bamboo lush and lovely. Best wishes with your new bamboo! |
