I have two Casablanca lilies that come back every year. They don't grow very tall and do not bloom. What can I do? Should I fertilize or move them?

If your Casablanca Lily is not growing well or blooming, it isn't happy with its present planting spot. Lilies grow best in full sunshine to part shade, in rich, moist, well draining soils. Wait until this fall (or next spring) and dig your lily up. Transplant it to a sunnier spot after amending the soil with lots of organic matter. Be careful not to plant the bulb too deeply or it may not grow and bloom well for you. Plant the bulb only 2-3 times as deep as it is wide. Best wishes with your Casablanca!
