I recently purchased property with grape vines and I do have a list of the varieties. I would like to know if you could give me information on the varieties? how to care for them? how to identify them? etc.?

The varieties (at least the list of them that was left to me)
Tiny Green
Sweet Green

Based on your list, the two I recognize are Concord and Niagara. Concord is a large, purple colored, mid-season grape used mainly for juice and jelly; Niagara is considered a white wine grape and is early to mid-season. Both are known for their hardiness. Your local county extension may recognize the others based on types that are locally popular and/or tend to thrive in your local area. They should also be able to help you develop a care routine based on your local climate and the weather each year. In the meantime, here are general guidelines to grape growing for home gardeners that you may find helpful.
Enjoy your new vineyard!
