Do I deadhead the flowers on the veronica x goodness grows, and if so how and where?

Deadheading helps it to look tidier once the blooms fade and to rebloom later in the season. You can trim off the faded blooms one by one, or once the majority have faded you can trim back or shear off the overall plant just enough to remove them. In my experience deadheading regularly helps to keep the plant blooming longer; it also performs better with evenly moist (yet well drained) soil. I hope this helps.
