|Sweet Olive (Osmanthus fragrans) is so named because of its sweet, fruity fragrance. The fragrance is intensified in sunlight. You didn't mention where your shrubs are planted or whether or not they flower. If they flower, they should produce a fragrance. Why not submit another question to this forum with details about the planting site and cultural care your sweet olive shrubs are receiving?
