My camellias have started to develop (flower) buds. Shall I remove them now because I would like to have blooms in January - March? Please advise. Thank you.

Camellias have different bloom times, depending upon cultivar. Some bloom in fall, some in winter and some in spring. If your camellia is producing flower buds now, they may open this fall or they may simply wait until this winter to open - the bloom time depends upon the cultivar. You can't convince your plant to bloom at a different time than it is genetically programed to bloom (unless you can control the growing environment such as in a greenhouse). I'd leave the buds alone and enjoy the flowers - whenever they open.
