Is Black Eyed Susan Vine annual or perennial?

Thunbergia alata is called Black-Eyed Susan Vine. It's a perennial that will winter over in your gardening region without trouble. Plant in full sunshine, in loose, well-draining soil and give it regular water during the growing season for best results.
