Hello
I fell in love with this plant at my local nursery. I have a site that get a little full sun: maybe 1-2 hours of indirect afternoon sun.

Is that too much in Texas?

Thank you
cynthia

I would not plant this tree in any direct afternoon sun. It can handle morning sun or bright dappled light all day, but in my experience afternoon sun is just too hot and intense. You might check, too, with your local professionally trained nursery staff for a more local opinion but I am pretty sure they would tell you the same thing. I'm sorry I can't be more encouraging.
