My Elijah Blue Fescue is turning brown, it is in morning sun
Do I need to fertilize ,if so what type?

The browning is not due to a lack of fertilizer. The most likely cause is a lack of soil moisture. It is also possible that some type of fungal disease has affected it. However this is impossible to assess without seeing a sample and I don't think it is likely. You might want to have your County Extension Office look at a sample to see what they think. Otherwise try to keep the soil slightly moist (not too wet) and it should turn around and resume normal growth soon.
