Gaillardis is a prolific bloomer when planted in average soil in a full sun location -- meaning full direct sun all day long or for a minimum of six hours a day including the hour of noon. In my experience, failure to bloom usually means there is not enough direct sun. If you do not think this is the problem, you might want to check back with your retailer and see if they can help you troubleshoot. I'm sorry you have had trouble with it, usually this is a pretty easy plant to grow.
