I need background and any information I can get, to help my daughter with a school project concerning, the flower, Pacific Statice/Fredonia. |
First of all, here is some basic information about statice. http://www.uky.edu/Ag/Horticul... There is an annual statice (L. sinuatum) called the Pacific strain. It grows 24 to 30 inches tall and is popular as a dried flower. I am unable to locate and information about a plant called Fredonia. I'm sorry I can't be more helpful on that one. If you have the botanical name you can use that to search on google.com or another search engine. Or, perhaps her teacher can suggest a reference source for your work. Good luck with your daughter's project. |
