I live in extremem Northwest Arkansas - plant hardiness zone 6. I have a bermed planting area in my front yard which has some trees. I get part sun and part shade. What are some plants that would be athestically compatible with Coral Bells? I would like plantings that are evergreen.

To some extent your choices will be determined by how much sun and shade reach the ground and at what time of day, and how dry the soil typically is. Some plants to consider might include Euonymus fortunei, low growing junipers, and Vinca minor or periwinkle. Additional plants that are not evergreen but might make a nice showing with the heuchera in the sunnier part would be daylilies (Hemerocallis) and different kinds of sedum; for the shadier sections you might consider liriope, variegated forms of English ivy and possibly also hosta. Your local professionally trained nursery staff and/or county extension may have additional suggestions based on a more detailed understanding of the growing conditions where you are planting along with your design goals. Good luck with your project!
