Can I pot my bleeding heart bulbs? Do they like Texas climate? Is there any special care for them?

Angela,

Bleeding heart is fine in your winter conditions but is not rated for your long hot summers. I doubt it would make it but if you want to try give the plant a cool part shade (especially afternoon shade) location in the summer.
