Cedars are very deep rooted and so are difficult to move. At four feet tall and up you would probably need to prepare them ahead of time by root pruning and then use a specialized tree spade to dig and lift them in order to get a large enough rootball. You could check with a professionally trained and licensed arborist for advice in how to do this. Otherwise, it is probably more practical (and less expensive) to simply purchase new ones. I'm sorry I can't be more encouraging.
