|Purchased 3 yucca recurvifolia for use as border plants along chain link fence to block view of road. Your label says max. size is 6-8 feet high and wide. Will they get that big in zone 6, 5000 feet elevation? How long will it take to reach full size? Two desert willows are about 5 feet inside the same fence. Are they compatible with yucca? Will we be able to control the size of the yucca so they do not invade the fence? We would like to plant them about 4 feet inside the fence and 7-8 feet apart. We selected them for size, low water use, no pruning, evergreen and attractiveness for front border. Will they stay neat looking over time or do they get out of control? Some of your archives seem to indicate they are invasive, and makes me wonder if I should put them in large pots. Any advice is appreciated. Thank you.
