I have one of your lemon trees and your blood orange trees getting the same sun and attention. The lemon tree has prolific growth and the orange tree has known. The orange tree looks great but has not had a new leaf or any other growth in 6 months.

Citrus trees naturally grow at different rates; root stocks are the biggest influence on growth rates, but environmental conditions and cultivar will also make a difference. As long as your blood orange tree looks otherwise healthy, don't worry too much about new growth. As it becomes established its new growth will become more apparent. In the meantime, enjoy your citrus trees.
