Little Rascal Holly is a male and was bred for hardiness, compact growth, and deep purple winter color. There is no female counterpart, but your male shrubs will produce pollen and can pollinate female hollies in the vicinity. The flowers on your shrubs(correctly called inflorescences) will be inconspicuous, but they will be there. Little Rascal will pollinate any of the Blue Meserveae females, such as Blue Girl, Blue Princess, and China Girl. Ilex aquifolium 'Argenteomarginata' is a variegated English Holly. Any merserve male i.e.: 'Blue Boy', 'Blue Prince', 'Blue Stallion', or Little Rascal, will pollinate this holly. The key in berry production is to locate males and females that bloom at the same time so cross-pollination can occur. While some hollies are self-fertile, you'll get a better fruit set if both males and females are planted in the landscape. Hope this clarifies things for you.
