Do you consider the berries of Ilex sp., (ie, dwf. Burford Holly) to be a poisionous plant?

Berries of Ilex species are generally considered to be in toxicity Category 3 - plants usually produce only mild to moderate stomach upset. However the quantity of berries eaten can significantly affect the severity of symptoms.
