|We have a small square area of shade with partial sun in front. We have treid many perennials and annuals, but nothing seems to work. There is a wisteria that We love in the middle of the area. We are searching for perennials and a few annuals that would work for us. |
We are in SE Alabama about 20 miles from the Fla Panhandle. Hope you can help.
Thanks, Lin Graham
We Also have an armidillo problem
Some options to consider include any of the naturalizing bulbs such as paperwhites, daffodils, and even perhaps Louisiana iris if the area is moist. Other perennials would be white butterfly ginger, shasta daisy (if the area is very bright shade), and plumbago. Annuals to consider include flowering tobacco (nicotiana), wishbone flower (torenia), impatiens, caladiums, and coleus.
Thanks for the question. Please stop in again soon!
