I live in Anaheim, California.
I have planted daffodils in pots. The one in shallow pot are growing well but the one in deeper pots are slow. I do not know why? Two of the bulbs started giving out leaves but are now yellowing and seem to be dying. Lastly when the daffodils start flowering?

Your daffodils should bloom in late February or early March. If you planted your bulbs too deeply, they will take longer to emerge so I don't think there's anything wrong with the bulbs in the deeper pots, they're just taking longer to show foliage. Yellowing foliage can indicate soil that's too wet or dry. The soil should remain moist but not soggy wet. Give your bulbs a few more weeks and they should bloom beautifully for you. Enjoy!
