I was wondering if my star jasmine will make it after a very sneaky freeze hit us not too long ago. All of the growth at the moment is brown and obviously dead.
Should I cut it back?
Will it even come back?
Is it just dead?

Nicole,

Star Jasmine is marginally hardy in your area. I suspect it just got the tops burned back and will return. You can cut it back to where you see greenish vine interiors or wait for it to start to resprout and then cut it back to living growth.
