| Rhododendrons can be started from seed, but seed is somewhat difficult to find, unless you know someone who is growing rhodies and would be willing to collect and save the seed for you. There is a seed exchange sponsored by the American Rhododendron Society (http://www.rhododendron.org/) and you may want to visit their website and read the seed catalog.
