My dragon tree was damaged due to frost. What do I do to save it. All leaves are lost and the tips of the trunks are wet. Can it be saved?

Denise,

There is not anything for you to do now as you need to wait to see how much damage has occurred or how far back it was damaged. Wait until new growth appears and then cut it back to whereever the new growth is. Hopefully it is not a total loss.
