Choice of fruit trees - Knowledgebase Question

Could you help me pick some citrus (lemon, oranges, clementines, grapefruit, limes) and some fruit trees (peaches, apricot..) that would grow well in my area (San Diego)? I have been so unsuccssful up to now, I want to replace the 4 trees I have. Thank you in advance for your help

The problem with growing fruit trees in your temperate climate is lack of winter chill. There are some varieties that will produce fruit with low winter chill and they have been listed and described by the University of California in a publication entitled Backyard Orchards.
