| Jean, They should be producing foliage by now. It may be that your peaches are varieties with high chilling requirements; higher than the amount of chilling your area normally receives. Thus at the end of winter they don't leaf out normally as they expect there is more winter to come. If this is the case they won't produce well in the long run and may need to be replaced with varieties more suited to your area.
