I need to move a passion flower thats growing to close to my house, but I don't have any where to transplant it that offers a support. Can I plant is as ground cover on a sunny hill that receives a lot of sun, or do I need to support it.

Passion flower is a vine by nature so it will want to grow upwards. Without support it will sprawl and then scramble over itself. It won't hurt the plant if it's not supported, but the flowers won't appear quite as spectacular because they will be hidden by the vines and foliage. Best wishes with your passion flower!
