Not many camellias are salt tolerant but here are a few suggestions for moderately to slightly tolerant plants:
Camellia sasanqua 'Yuletide' grows 6-10', dense upright form, single waxy red blossoms with bright yellow stamens, late season bloomer.

Camellia sasanqua 'Bonanza'; 6-10', semi peony, deep red flowers with bright stamens.

Camellia sasanqua 'Cleopatra'; compact, fairly small, upright growth, rose pink flowers are semi-double, good for hedges.

Camellia sasanqua 'Cotton Candy'; broad, upright grower, clear pink semi-doubled flowers with ruffled petals.

Camellia sasanqua 'Pink Snow'; light pink semi-double flowers, vigorous grower.

Camellia sasanqua 'Mine-No-Yuki' (Snow on the mountain); 4-8', spreading, open habit, profuse bloomer, white flowers.

Hope this information helps you choose just the right camellia.
