When can I safely hang baskets of flowers outside all night without them dying?

The answer really depends upon the types of flowers you're growing. Some annuals and perennials enjoy cool weather: pansies, primroses, kale and snapdragons, for instance. Others prefer warmer temperatures: petunias, geraniums, etc. To be on the safe side, place cool season plants outdoors when temperatures remain above 40F; place warm season plants outdoors when nighttime temperatures remain above 50F. Best wishes with your hanging baskets.
