Earlier this month we visited your garden center and purchased a plant labled African Mask. I briefly read the care lable on the display. Now that I am home with the beautiful plant, I need the information again. There was no label of any kind on the pot.

"African Mask" is Alocasia x Amozonica "Poly". It is a stunning plant to look at and it will grow about 24" in height and width. "African Mask" requires a little extra care to be successful. They prefer a little more humidity than other plants... so keep them on a moist pebble tray. At best this plant will only produce 5 - 6 leaves at a time. As a new leaf grows you may shed an older lower leaf. Keep the soil moist but not soggy. Place your plant plant in bright filtered or indirect light. Most of all, enjoy your beautiful new plant!
