Are these shrubs receptive to a 'tighter', 'neater' shape? Like more of a defined hedge? The pictures on your site show them as more shaggy. I am looking to have them as a hedge around my porch. Are these plants condusive for that? Thanks for your help, Steve Tix |
Euonymus Canadale Gold is a compact plant that takes well to shearing so you can keep them neat and tidy with annual pruning. But, for neater, tighter appearance, you may want to plant boxwoods (Buxus). Many will maintain a dense, crisp appearance and are slow growing so annual pruning wouldn't be necessary. |
