|My aunt dug up some growth that she has in flower beds for me. She said that in the spring, they produce purple flowers that close up at night.
They are now flowering, and no one knows what they are!! The flowers are 3-petaled, triangular shaped with bright yellow stamens loaded with pollen.
The greenery is silver -grey-green that looks like a type of long thick grass.
